We Have One Goal
To help you get better, feel better and stay better
Had a knee replacement and want to walk the dog again? Had a hip replacement and want to get back to yoga classes?Had an ACL reconstruction and want to get back to playing football?
At Thrive Physiotherapy & Wellbeing we aim to get to the root cause of your problem, rather than just treating the symptoms. So you can get fully better for good, not just for a bit.
Are you the sporty type? Or the non-sporty type? Or the no-exercise-at-all type?! Don’t worry! You will find a friendly welcome here and physio catered to you – whatever you want to get out of it!

Hello, I'm Alana!
I’m an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist with 11 years post graduate experience in the NHS, Private Practice and Sport. I specialise in all musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post fracture and post orthopaedic surgery. This means injuries affecting bones, joints, muscles and nerves.
I decided to set up my own physiotherapy practice so that I would be able to provide the level of care, attention and time that people really need when they are struggling with pain and injuries. I had become frustrated and disillusioned with trying to help people within a system that didn’t allow me to do so properly. Only being able to see someone for 30 mins once every 4-6 weeks to show them some exercises is not enough to make a real difference!
